We provided intranet consulting to African Bank stakeholders so that could prepare for the redesign of their nationwide company intranet.
Intranet Consulting
This project included:
- One-one-one user interviews with staff that would access the new intranet. This included call-centre staff, staff in bank branches, managers and other stakeholders
- Training to staff on how best to carry out user interviews
- Focus groups with stakeholders
- Guidelines on how to approach the intranet redesign process
- Presentation of intranet best-practice guidelines
- A critical analysis of existing systems and recommendations on how they best be used
- Recommendations and analysis of the intranet information architecture and navigation
